A Free Virtual Support Group created by and for BIPOC Moms

This is your moment to exhale, be genuine, and remember you're still you – just with less sleep and more love than you imagined.

We're a small group of Later-in-Life, BIPOC moms who get it: motherhood is equal parts wisdom and "What the heck am I doing?" You know that feeling when you're bouncing a crying baby at 3am while also worrying about your mom's upcoming surgery? Yeah, we know that feeling too.

We meet online – because who has time for Bay Area traffic and parking? Here, you can show up in your sweats, eat your lunch on camera, and not pretend you've showered when you haven't. We're here to listen, to witness each other, and to remember that we don't have to be perfect to be good moms.

No advice-giving. No judgment. No comparing who's got it worse or who's doing it better. Just women who understand that good enough, honest parenting is actually great parenting. We're all trying to figure out how to do this our own way – honoring some traditions, letting go of others, and making peace with the fact that our version of motherhood might look different than what our families expected.

Come as you are – cold coffee, messy bun, baby spit-up on your shoulder. That's exactly who we want to see.

Mamas Sama Sama means "mothers together" – because we are better together than alone.
